Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well and add soda, cinnamon, flour and carrots.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
