Polish Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    5 Polish sausage, cut in pieces
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 small onion, diced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake a little longer if needed.
