Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 medium potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. celery, finely diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in small amount of water until soft.
    Add salt, pepper, milk and butter.
    Heat until hot, but not boiling.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve.
