Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie shell
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Serve with Cool Whip, if desired.
