Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix well and shape.
Roll in bread crumbs and fry.
