Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can Niblets corn, drained
    1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put 1 cup crushed soda crackers on top.
    Drizzle 3 tablespoons butter over crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
