Green Chile Stew (Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
    10 garlic cloves, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chipotle, crushed
    1 lb. fresh or frozen mild green chile
    4 - 6 potatoes, washed and cubed
    grated yellow cheese
Preparation
    Heat a large saucepan, add oil, and cook garlic until tender. Add pork cubes and cook and stir until no longer pink.
    Add chipotle, chile and potatoes, and cover with water.
