Sesame Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. chicken wing drummettes
    2 c. orange juice
    2 garlic cloves, grated fine
    1 ginger clove, grated fine
    4 Tbsp. each: soy sauce, sake or white wine and sesame seed
    6 Tbsp. each: cornstarch and all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salad oil
Preparation
    Rub chicken with salt and pepper.
    Combine orange juice, garlic, ginger, sake (or white wine) and soy sauce.
    Stir well. Place chicken in a shallow container and pour mixture over top. Cover and let stand at least 30 minutes until half day in the refrigerator.
    Combine sesame seed, cornstarch and flour; stir well.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture, coating well.
    Cook in hot oil until browned, turning to brown both sides.
