Fried Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. boiling water in a saucepan
    1 c. water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the 1 cup water and other ingredients into the boiling water, stir and boil until mixture thickens.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Place in an oblong bread pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Fry or deep fry until browned.
