Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    8 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and evaporated milk.
    Mix together flour, quick oats, light brown sugar, baking soda, salt and butter.
    In a 9 x 9-inch baking pan, spread 3/4 of the crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Right out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over hot crumb mixture, then pour melted caramel over chocolate chips.
    Sprinkle rest of crumb mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Let cool in pan, then refrigerate overnight, then re-cut and remove from pan.
