Stuffed Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large strawberries
1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Dice 2 strawberries, set aside.
Cut a thin slice from stem end of each strawberry, forming a base for it to stand on.
Cut each strawberry into wedges.
Starting at the pointed end and cutting to, but not through the stem end.
Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy.
Stir in diced strawberries, pecans and powdered sugar.
Spoon or pipe about 1 tsp. of mixture into each strawberry.
