Southern Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 c. shredded cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and place in casserole dish.
    Top with 1/4 stuffing mix that has been sauteed in a little butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
