Salsa Cruda - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes
1 green onion, chopped
1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Coarsely chop tomatoes.
Place in bowl.
Add onion, jalapenos, cilantro, oil, garlic and salt.
Serve with nacho chips or as a topping on Mexican foods.
