Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. scalded milk (might be less)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes; add ingredients (might be less milk). Place potatoes in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter.
    Place casserole in fridge.
    The day they are to be used, bring to room temperature and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until they bubble.
    Serves 8.
