Martha Pippens' Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Beat well. Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
