Overnight Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
2 large oranges or 1 can mandarin orange sections
1 large unpeeled apple, cut up
1 1/2 to 2 c. seeded grapes (green or purple)
2 large bananas
1/2 pt. whipping cream or Rich's whipped topping
sugar and vanilla to taste
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy and lemon colored.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Cook in saucepan until smooth.
Stir constantly; cool. Place pineapple chunks, oranges, apples, grapes and bananas in large salad bowl.
Mix gently.
Add egg mixture and mix gently. Add sugar and vanilla to whipped cream.
Fold marshmallows and cream into fruit.
Chill 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Makes 12 servings.
