Cashew Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. salted coarsely chopped cashews

Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat well.
