Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cook chicken, carrots, celery and onion in water about 1 hour or simmer until tender.
    Remove bones from chicken and break up in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix together soup and sour cream and cover chicken with mixture.
    Sprinkle top with stuffing and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
