Elegant Zucchini(Makes 8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium zucchini
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, packed
    1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese, packed
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. fresh chopped chives or finely sliced green onions (tops and all)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    butter
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and boil in lightly salted water about 10 minutes or just until barely tender.
    Drain.
    Cut off ends and slice in half lengthwise.
    Arrange in buttered casserole.
    Mix melted butter with cheeses, sour cream, salt, paprika and chives and pour over zucchini.
    Spread bread crumbs evenly on top.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
