Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 small chopped onions
    3 celery sticks, chopped
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Drain and rinse salmon in cold water twice.
    Place in a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Thoroughly mix. Form into small balls. Drop into preheated oil in a deep fryer (peanut oil gives the best flavor).
    Drain on paper towels.
    You can serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
