Supreme Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    about 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt and shortening.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool until lukewarm.
    Soak yeast in lukewarm water only for 5 minutes, then add to milk mixture.
    Add eggs.
    Add 3 cups flour and beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour 1 cup at a time to make a stiff dough.
    Put in greased muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
