Lo-Cal Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (16 oz.) medium Granny Smith (green) apples
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Peel and core apples and let them sit for 10 minutes.
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl.
    In one pie shell, place apples in shell and pour sugar mixture over apples evenly.
    Place other pie shell on top and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and cut holes to vent in top crust.
    Press edges of pie shells together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
