Apple Breakfast Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 (10 count) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into rings
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Separate biscuits and press each into a 3-inch circle.
    Place on a lightly greased baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese and top each with an apple ring.
    Sprinkle with sugar mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
    Serve immediately.
    May serve with bacon or sausage, if desired.
