Ragu Sauce Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 carrot, finely minced
    1 celery stalk, finely minced
    1 onion, finely minced
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    dash of beef bouillon crystals or 1 bouillon cube
    dash of oregano
    dash of parsley
    1 can tomatoes, crushed
Preparation
    Cook carrot, onion, celery and garlic in small amount of olive oil until tender.
    Add ground beef and cook until brown.
    Add tomatoes, oregano, parsley and bouillon.
    Stir all together and cook on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
