Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation

Heat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Line
2 cookie sheets with foil. Beat egg
whites
until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Fold in butterscotch chips and walnuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil. Do not
let touch or overcrowd.
Turn oven off and put cookies in. Go
to
bed.
The
next morning store cookies in airtight container.
