Ground Round Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round
8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
1 bag frozen California mixed veggies
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheese
garlic salt
salt and pepper
Preparation

Make patties and place in bottom of casserole.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Slice potatoes and layer over top of meat.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Layer frozen veggies over potatoes.
Chop onion and layer over top of veggies.
Add mushrooms.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until done.
