Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) Wispride sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 dash Tabasco (optional)
salt to taste (optional)
chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation

Use food processor to chop onion.
Then add Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
Add Tabasco and salt, if desired.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Layer cheese and pecans in serving dish and spread on crackers (Triscuits taste great!).
