Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Boil potatoes
until tender.
Drain and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch
dish.
Saute onions in small amount of oleo or oil.
Mix onions
with
cream
cheese.
Add
sour
cream, then soup.\tPour over
potatoes,
then spread cheese on top of this mixture.
Top with
stuffing,
which you have mixed with oleo. Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
