Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. ground almonds or hazelnuts
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat together all ingredients, adding nuts last.
    Put into heavily buttered pan covered with graham cracker crumbs.
    Set cake pan in larger pan and add hot water to large pan.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
