Cheese Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. butter
    1/4 pt. cold milk
    1 tsp. dry English mustard
    3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Lightly grease a baking tray. Sift flour, salt, mustard and baking powder in bowl. Rub in butter. Add all the milk; mix to a soft dough. Knead lightly until smooth. Roll out to just over 1/2-inch thick. Cut out with round cutter. Transfer to tray; bake 10 minutes until well-risen. Cool and serve.
