Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    marshmallows (if desired)
Preparation
    Soak raisins in warm water.
    Place sweet potatoes in large bowl and add sugar, milk, spices, eggs, salt and butter.
    Mix well. Drain raisins and add to mixture.
    Place in greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
    During last part of cooking, marshmallows may be added on top to brown.
