Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf bread, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    8 eggs
    1/3 c. honey
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, honey and milk and set aside.
    In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, evenly layer half of the bread cubes, then the cream cheese cubes and top with the rest of the bread.
    Pour egg mixture over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with syrup.
    Serves 6 to 8.
