Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce (1/2 head or more)
    frozen peas, cooked
    4 scallions, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, shredded
    1 to 2 green peppers, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. real mayo
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley mix
    cherry tomatoes
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    any of your choice of sunflower seeds, bacon bits, olives
Preparation
    Place a layer of lettuce on the bottom of a pan.
    Cook and cool the peas.
    Add peas on top of lettuce.
    Layer the next 3 ingredients.
    Mix the sour cream, mayo and Hidden Valley together. Pour over mixture.
    Cut tomatoes in half and place on top of layers.
    Add anything else you please.
    Refrigerate before serving.
