Side Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms, drain and reserve liquid
    1 pkg. Lawry cheese Italian dressing mix
    salt and pepper to taste or 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    hot water
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add rice and stir until golden brown. Remove from heat and add mushrooms, salt and pepper and dressing mix to the rice; stir well. Add enough hot water to reserved liquid to make 2 cups of liquid and pour over rice mix; bring to a boil. Pour into a buttered dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
