Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Idaho potatoes
8 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. chopped green onion
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Fry bacon crisp and then break into pieces.
Saute green onion in 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
Remove from heat.
Scoop out inside of potato after they have been cut in half.
Add potato to the sauteed onion.
Add cheese and sour cream, salt and pepper and mash well.
Add bacon pieces.
Stuff potato shells and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
