Brigettine Monk'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    9 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring sugar and milk to a boil; cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from stove; add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until firm. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan and cool to room temperature.
    Store overnight in refrigerator.
    Makes 5 pounds.
