Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cut in half
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 shallots, chopped or green onions
    1/2 lb. fresh or canned mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Note:
    Toasted and shredded almonds may be used in place of mushrooms.
    If so, let them be the last touch before serving.
