Pecan Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. raisins
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Mix in pecans and raisins; beat together egg and milk.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir lightly to dampen dry ingredients.
    Fill 12 greased muffin cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 to 15 minutes.
