Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 can condensed beef bouillon
    1 can condensed chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    3 tortillas, cut in 1/2-inch strips and fried crisp *
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    *Use white flour tortillas made of unleavened dough.
