Microwave Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Place butter, onions, green pepper and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Microwave for about 3 minutes on High or until vegetables are partly cooked.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid.
    Microwave for 5 minutes on reheat (80% power).
    Stir, recover and continue cooking for 7 to 11 minutes on reheat (80% power).
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve over hot rice.
