Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, boiled and shredded
6 stalks celery, diced
2 chopped onions
3 Tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken stock
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1/2 lb. spaghetti, break into 1-inch pieces and boil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook celery and onions in butter until tender.
Add chicken stock and seasonings.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Slowly add soup and cheese.
