Ingredients

1 lb butter
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 cups flour
egg whites (stiffly beaten)
cinnamon
chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter, add sugar, egg yolks and flour. Chill. Roll very thin and cut into circles. Put a teaspoon of egg whites on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts. Bake until the edges turn a light brown at 350.
