Shrimp Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel, diced
    2 c. rice, uncooked
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute the onion and bell pepper in the margarine until clear. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir and bake for 30 more minutes.
