Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large and 1 small can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Melt shortening; saute meat (either pork chops or hamburg) until brown.
    Remove meat.
    Saute onions and peppers; add remaining ingredients and arrange meat on top.
    When steaming freely, cover and cook on low 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
