Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    3/4 lb. sharp cheese
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    15 oz. can water chestnuts
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute mushrooms and onions in butter or margarine.
    Add flour and cook until smooth.
    In double boiler, heat milk and light cream to warm, but not boiling.
    Add mushrooms and onions and stir constantly.
    Add sharp cheese, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate. Simmer until cheese is melted.
