Pumpkin Bread(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin (2 c., 1 pie size)
    1 2/3 c. water
    1 c. honey
    4 eggs or 8 egg whites
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    With electric mixer, blend water and honey.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
    Stir in walnuts. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool completely. Yields 2 loaves.
