Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (lean)
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place in covered container and marinate at least overnight.
    Can be marinated longer but you must remove and knead well.
