Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
3 c. carrots
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar; then add vanilla.
Frost cake and enjoy!
