Sour Cream Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. fat
    3 small onions, chopped up
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika, salt, fat, onions, water and sour cream.
    Roll steak cubes in flour mix; brown in fat and add chopped onions.
    Add water and mix well.
    Gradually add sour cream.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
