Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. beet juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cans beets, drained
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly.
Add beets and heat through.
